Shipping info

Your order will be shipped using tracked mail. You will be able to track your item using Portugal’s national postal service CTT, and/or your country’s own postal services website.
Once the order leaves the country of origin (Portugal), it falls to the destination country’s postal services the responsibility of scanning the order’s tracking number, managing and tracking the order, and correct delivery of the order to you.

Dispatch and shipping time

For normal orders, the estimated dispatch time is 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase. We will always try to send your order as soon as possible. For custom or personalized items, the processing and dispatch time could be higher (although rarely).

Shipping time depend on the destination country, continent, and zone. The estimated shipping times, from the date of dispatch, are the following:

Europe (EU): 3 to 7 business days
Europe (Non-EU): 3 to 10 business days
USA and Canada:  
5 to 30 business days
Rest of the world: 5 to 25 business days

These are only estimates. You could receive your order sooner, or later in some rare cases. There are many variables which we cannot control after the order leaves the origin country (Portugal).

Europe: €5.00
USA: €5.00
Rest of the World: €5.00

Orders above €70: Free shipping worldwide!

Taxes and customs

Depending on where you live, you may be required to start customs clearance process and pay taxes when the order reaches your country. You are responsible for customs clearance and paying any taxes required by your country.

Not received orders

If you didn’t receive your order within the estimated time of delivery, the first thing to do is to check your order’s tracking. If the order has left the origin country (Portugal), you should contact your country’s postal services to inquire on why your order hasn’t been delivered yet.

If you live in the USA and you didn’t receive your order within the estimated time of delivery, take the tracking number, go to your local post office and ask if your parcel is already there. We’ve had some cases where the mailman didn’t leave the pickup slip, but the order is available for pick up at the post office. We can provide the proof of shipping if needed.
